These Brothers Are Taking Over the Off-Road Scene!

Ping interviews two brothers (not the ones you think) who are currently killing it in the off-road scene. Dante and Mateo Oliveira are brothers hailing from Northern California and race for the FMF Red Bull KTM Off-Road Team in NGPC, but they’ve dabbled in other races, with Dante winning a race in each off-road discipline he’s entered.

Stu Peters is in the Motorcycle Hall of Fame for good reason. Not only was he one of the first American racers to travel to Europe to compete, preceding Lackey and LaPorte by a decade, he built Carlsbad Raceway and started CMC. The Continental Motorcycle Club was instrumental in promoting the biggest races on the west coast, creating a breeding ground for the sport’s elite racers from the 1970s through the early 2000’s.

Tommy Clowers is a retired FMX rider, Supercross and Motocross racer. With 16 top 10s in his career, as well as 2 top 5s, Tommy retired from racing and went on to compete in X-Games, going undefeated 3 years in a row in step up and earning 8 X-Games medals!

Eric Sorby has led an interesting life. He grew up in the south of France and ending up in America racing for Pro Circuit, earning podiums in supercross and motocross along the way. He co-starred in Bubba’s World, battled drug addiction, then moved back to an Island off of Spain to run an exotic animal farm. Now he’s back in America training elite riders.
